Frederick Dwight Beede, age 54, of Gloucester passed away on Sunday, June 19th. Raised and educated in Lynn, he was the son of the late Frederick H. and June (Davis) Beede. Frederick lived in Medford from 1988 to the early 1990s, and has resided in Gloucester for the past 20 years. Frederick was a hard worker and an extremely loving father. He had a passion for fitness and biking and in his spare time enjoyed racing mountain bikes and riding the trails in Lynn Woods.

Frederick was the devoted father of Megan Insogna and her husband Robert of Revere, and Frederick D. Beede, Jr. of Laconia, New Hampshire. He was the former husband of Lisa Insogna of Revere, and the loving grandfather of R-Jay, Aubree, Liliana and Jacoby. Frederick was the dear brother of Walter Beede and his wife Karyn of Salisbury, and Dorinda Zukosky and her husband Mike of Florida. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.

Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, June 30th from 4 through 8 PM in the Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Interment will be private.
