Theresa M. "Terri" (Caratelli) Goodwin
6/11/2022

Theresa M. “Terri” (Caratelli) Goodwin, of Milford, passed away on Saturday, June 11th. She was 65. Born in Malden, she was the cherished daughter of the late William and Columbia (Coviello) Caratelli.

A natural people person, Terri was loved by everyone. No matter how long you knew her, or where and when you met, you were instantly connected. Terri was everyone’s best friend. Her sense of humor, caring personality, kind disposition, and ability to help anyone in need made her one of a kind. When Terri walked into a room her presence alone would light it up, and her loud, boisterous infectious laugh made everybody chuckle no matter where you were in the house.

Terri enjoyed spending time at her family summer home in Wellfleet, where she would spend the whole day lounging on her favorite beach chair on the water’s edge with a trusty pair of her flip flops right next to her, soaking up the sunshine, reading a book, sipping on her favorite cold beverage, all while feeling the sand and water in-between her toes.

Terri loved to entertain during the holidays and you could always count on her to make it special, whether you were enjoying one of her homemade meals, or her tasty desserts . Terri’s biggest passion was her family. She loved spending time with her husband, children, grandchildren, siblings, extended family and friends. She will be greatly missed by all.

Theresa was the beloved wife of 44 years to Gary Goodwin. She was the beloved mother of Jennifer Vining and her husband Stephen of Uxbridge, and Christopher Goodwin and his wife Marie of Hopedale. She was the loving Grammy Terri of Autumn, Jacob and Christopher, Jr. Terri was the dear sister of Michael Caratelli, of Alton, NH, Peter Caratelli and his wife Joanne of Bridgewater, and the late Fran Caratelli and his wife Rosemarie. She was the loving aunt of Nicholas, Joseph, Danielle and her husband George, and David and his wife Becky. Great aunt of Michaela, Declan and Nora.
