Donald J. Taylor, 60, of Derry, NH, passed away after a long battle with cancer, Sunday, May 22, 2022 in his home. He was born in Methuen, MA on April 11, 1962, a son of Donald and Mary (Healy) Taylor.
Donald enjoyed music and was in a rock n’ roll band in his younger days. He loved riding his Harley and going to Sturgis. He enjoyed stock car racing, Friday night dinners with the family, winters in Florida and traveling around the world. Donald owned and operated his own business, Taylor Excavation, which he loved.
He is survived by his loving wife of 18 years, Michelle Taylor; brother, George Taylor; sister, Karin Gallien and several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, Donald is predeceased by his brother, Ernie Taylor.
Calling hours will be held on Thursday, May 26, 2022 from 9:00am to 10:00am in the Peabody Funeral Homes & Crematorium, 15 Birch Street, Derry. Funeral services will follow in the funeral home at 10:00am. The burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry Rd, E. Derry. Mask usage is at the discretion of the attendee.
