Barbara Louise Kelley, 85, of Londonderry, NH passed away Wednesday, May 18, 2022, at Catholic Medical Center in Manchester, NH, after a lengthy illness. Barbara was born May 31, 1936, in Derry and was a daughter of the late Kenneth and Louise (Holm) Cornish. She was raised and educated in Derry and was a graduate of Pinkerton Academy.
Barbara was employed for many years as a branch manager with Indian Head Bank. She enjoyed traveling and seeing the world, as a military wife. Barbara also enjoyed sewing, bird watching, listening to music, line dancing and swimmer’s classes. Barbara will forever be remembered for her love of her grandchildren, who were always the light of her life.
She is survived by, her two daughters, Karin L. Marcotte and her husband Stephen, of Londonderry and Pamela Fullerton of Deerfield, NH. Three grandchildren, Jeanette, Ericca and Stephanie, six great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren, 1 sister, Judith O’Connell and her sister-in-law, Maryann Cornish, both of AZ., as well as many nieces, nephews and cousins. She was predeceased by her husband of 42 years, George D. Kelley, in 1999 and her brother, Robert Cornish, formerly of AZ.
After cremation, calling hours will be held Tuesday, May 24, 2022, from 4 to 6 pm at the Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium, 290 Mammoth Road, Londonderry, NH. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the NH SPCA 104 Portsmouth Ave, Stratham, NH 03885, or the American Cancer Society, 3 Speen St, Framingham, MA 01701.
