Janet Bettez, 84 of Londonderry, NH died Thursday May 19, 2022 at the Frisbee Memorial Hospital in Rochester, NH. Janet was born in Salem, MA on May 5, 1938, a daughter of the late Walter and Alys (Caldwell) Horsfall. Janet had resided in Londonderry for more than 40 years, formerly living in E. Derry and Derry, NH.
Janet enjoyed many things in life. Just to name a few, antiquing and spending time in her beautiful flower garden. She spent many years wintering in Naples, FL. She enjoyed playing mahjong and teaching basket weaving.
She is survived by her husband of 66 years, Robert C. Bettez of Londonderry, four sons, Robert Bettez and his wife Donna of Manchester, NH, Jonathan Bettez and his wife Linda of Candia, NH, Andrew Bettez and his wife Rebecca of Candia, and Walter Bettez of Manchester, five grandchildren, Craig, Brooke, Daniel, Jennifer, and Bryant, as well as four great-grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held privately with burial in Forest Hill Cemetery, E. Derry. The Peabody Funeral Homes and Crematorium of Derry and Londonderry is assisting the family with arrangements.
