On Tuesday, January 4, 2022, Danny (Dan) Fred Foss, loving partner and father of two children and six grandchildren passed away at 64.
On June 4, 1957, Dan was born in Port Hueneme, California, to Fred and Ester Foss. After finishing high school. Dan became a finished carpenter by trade and continued working throughout Ventura and LA County until he retired.
Dan had a passion for family, friends, and learning. Dan was a great grandfather who spent time with his grandchildren, teaching them about fossils, whales, and the stars. He was also an avid music lover and learned to play at least six instruments that he shared with his grandchildren. Dan was known for his ability to make others smile and feel important, his heartfelt laugh, and his kind and compassionate spirit. His favorite phrase was "Happy Days."
After missing his son, Abraham, for 18 years, they were reunited in heaven. Dan was survived by Rosa Delgado, his loving life partner of 23-years (Rose states that Dan made her a better person). His daughter Julia her husband Eli, and his grandchildren Josette, Makayla, Janessa, Levi, Gannon, and Niall.
