Mary E. (Hatch) DiMarzo, age 93, of Clearwater, Florida, died December 22, 2021 at the Westchester Gardens Health and Rehab Center in Clearwater. She was the devoted wife of the late Joseph A. DiMarzo, Sr. for 60 years.
Mary was born and raised in Brockton and was a 1946 graduate of Brockton High School. She had been a resident of Clearwater since 1990 and previously lived in Easton.
With her husband Joseph, she was an owner/proprietor of the Super Scoop Bakery in Whitman. When that closed, she started working at the Shawmut Bank in Brockton and retired as manager of the Campello branch.
Mary loved cooking and could make anything from scratch. She enjoyed working in her flower gardens and loved all animals especially her dog and cats. Mary also loved entertaining over the holidays for family and friends.
Mary is survived by her two sons Joseph DiMarzo of Clearwater and Michael DiMarzo and his wife Joan of Whitman.
A private graveside service will be held at Calvary Cemetery in Brockton.
