Uncle Ed, as we referred to him was a man of unconditional support

Uncle Ed, as we referred to him was a man of unconditional support…
Uncle Ed, as we referred to him was a man of unconditional support and faith. Uncle Ed had been with the family to watch us grow from when we were born to the start of all of our high school careers. Up until the day he had passed, he had prayed and kept the Lord in his thoughts always. He prayed for his family even in a time where he was suffering, and his main concern was making sure we would all be ok once he was gone. He wanted us to become successful and work hard. Ed was a man of many words, all said with good intent of course, and was someone who was not afraid of a laugh or two. He completed all of our family dinner’s, since the very beginning. He brought love, laughter, and his wonderful smile that he always carried around. When it came time for dinner, he would always grasp the rooms attention for an evening prayer to start off the meal. Each prayer was written for the occasion and with love. Uncle Ed had a strong opinion, that of which he was not afraid to use and he always knew what he wanted. Uncle Ed loved us as if we were his grandchildren.Every time one of us walked into the room his eyes lit up. Uncle Ed will be missed dearly, but we all have the satisfaction of knowing that he resides in a place close to God and has a special place in each of our hearts. Rest In Peace,Love Olivia
