Richard A. Pascal, 61

Dateline: Attleboro, MA

Richard A. Pascal, age 61, a lifelong resident of Attleboro, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his loving family on Tuesday, November 2, 2021 at the Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro.

Born in Jacksonville, Florida on December 30, 1959, he was a loving son of Beverly A. (Knowles) Pascal of Attleboro and the late Charles R. Pascal.

Rick grew up in Attleboro, was educated in Attleboro Public Schools and was a 1978 graduate of Attleboro High School. He proudly served his country, for three years, in the United States Marine Corps and was honorably discharged on October 29, 1981 with the rank of Lance Corporal.

Rick was employed as a security officer for Securitas, most recently at General Dynamics in Dedham. He previously worked at the former Texas Instruments in Attleboro.

Rick treasured the times and memories created throughout the years with his adoring family. Along with his family, he attended Saint Paul’s Episcopal Church in Pawtucket. He loved being outdoors, especially fishing, playing golf and spending happy times with his daughter at Seekonk Speedway. He was also an avid sports fan, the Patriots and Bruins being his favorite teams to cheer on. Rick also had a special place in his heart for animals and will be sadly missed by his dog “Bean”

In addition to his mother, he is survived by his devoted daughter Shira A. Pascal and her longtime boyfriend Cameron Richard of Attleboro. He was the dear brother of Robin A. Pascal of Attleboro and Susan E. Pascal of South Carolina. He was the cherished uncle of Johnny, Jeff and Kyle Sperzel, the dear nephew of Joan Marcoccio and the loving cousin of Michael Marcoccio. He is also survived by his former wife and friend Sherry Pascal.

A private memorial service is planned. Visiting hours have been omitted.
