Nancy A. DiModica (Zizzo) of Woburn formerly of the West End of Boston passed away on October 8, 2021. She was 78 years old. Nancy was the beloved wife of Sebastiano S. DiModica. Born in Boston, she was cherished daughter of the late Joseph and Rose (Tringale) Zizzo.

Nancy was a long time employee at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where she worked in the accounting department. She loved to cook, especially for her family.

Nancy was the dear sister of Josephine (Zizzo) Dzygala of Revere. She was the loving aunt of Nancy Delaney and her husband Daren of Wakefield, Sandra "Tootsie" Dzygala of Revere and Renee Amirault of Lynn and many other nieces, nephews and cousins. Nancy was the sister-in-law of Anne DiModica and Dominic DiModica both of Lynn

Nancy’s funeral will be from the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, on Thursday, October 14 at 9AM, followed by a funeral Mass in St. Joseph Church, 118 High Street, Medford, at 10AM. Relatives and friends are cordially invited to visit with the family on Wednesday from 5-7PM. In lieu of flowers, contributions in her memory can be made to the American Heart Assn., PO Box 417005, Boston, MA 02241.

Interment will be private.
