Persson and his wife Elizabeth of Foxboro, and the late James R. Persson and his surviving wife Nancy of Mattapoisett. Loving grandmother of Stephanie E. Wilson of Franklin and John R. Persson of Foxboro. Sister of the late Joseph Ioannilli, Mary Savignano, Esther DeBenedictis, Josephine Anastasia, Ernestine Crisafulli-Frasca, and Charles Ioannilli.
