Herminia "Minnie" (Cruz) Medeiros, 90, of Westport, passed from this life into the arms of Jesus, surrounded by her family on April 14, 2021. She was the wife of Arthur Medeiros, Sr., her love of over 70 years. Born in Fall River, daughter of the late Manuel and Mary (Costa) Cruz, she had lived in Westport since 1966.
Including her husband, Minnie is survived by her precious daughter: Donna Houk and her husband Wayne of New Bedford; 3 grandchildren: Karen Rae, Larissa and Wayne; 4 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her late son Arthur Medeiros, Jr. and her infant daughter Karen Marie Medeiros, as well as her 11 siblings.
Graveside service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Saturday, April 17, 2021 at Beech Grove Cemetery, Westport at 11:00 A.M.
