Margaret A. ‘Peggy’ Brooks, 70, passed away February 13, 2021 at Baystate Medical Center in Springfield.
She leaves behind her husband, Kenneth R. ‘Ken’ Brooks, Jr., a son Kenneth R. ‘Kenny’ Brooks, III and his wife Maria of Palm City, Florida and a
Daughter, Judy A. wife of Jason M. Stien of Webster, 6 grandchildren. Cole, Gabriella, Jason ‘J.J.’, Ava, Jade, and Jonah.
Peggy and Ken would have celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary May 15th.
She graduated from Stoneham High School and worked as a certified nursing assistant over 30 years in the Bedford area prior to moving to Webster.
Peggy was a family oriented person and enjoyed being with family and friends, especially her grandchildren, and was always the life of any get together.
She enjoyed baking , especially her famous cupcakes which she shared on many occasions and always brought extras for friends. If the occasion was for 12, she baked 24. Her personality was genuine and she was an outgoing, friendly, kind person who made friends easily.
Peggy will be missed by many.
Calling Hours will be Wednesday, February 24, 2021 from 5-8 pm at the ROBERT J. MILLER FUNERAL HOME and LAKE CHAPEL. 366 School St. with Social Distancing and Face Mask protocols in place.
In lieu of flowers, Memorial contributions may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
