SYLVESTER, Warren C. Of Needham, January 15, 2021 age 94 at Beth Israel Deaconess Hospital in Needham. Beloved husband of Janice (Chenail) Sylvester. Devoted father of Yvette M. Sylvester of Needham, Scott R. Sylvester and his wife Victoria of Philipsburg, MT, Wade W. Sylvester and his wife Jean Boyadjian of Arlington, and Clark L. Sylvester and his wife Laura of Shutesbury. Grandfather of 4 and great-grandfather of 1.
Warren was a graduate of Boston University in 1950 with a major in advertising. He was the retired president of the Boston Life Underwriters Association, Chairman of a national convention of NALU, board member of the Boston Chartered Life Underwriters Association and served on several insurance industry committees. He was a World War II Veteran, U.S. Navy, long time member of the Needham Golf Club, avid traveler and Boston sports fan.
A memorial celebration of his life will be held at a later date.
