Lillian O. Meesa (Cavallo) of Medford passed away on January 12. She was 85 years old. Lillian was the beloved wife of Frank G. Meesa. Born in Boston, she was the cherished daughter of the late Ernesto and Olympia (Capozzoli) Cavallo.

Prior to her retirement, Lillian was employed by the Wilson Freight Trucking Co. and the Lombard Trucking Co. in the billing and accounting department.

Lillian was the devoted mother of Frank G. Meesa Jr. and his wife Janet of Arlington, Paul Meesa and Debra Meesa both of Medford. Dear sister of Ralph Cavallo of Cambridge, the late Rudolph Cavallo and his late wife Helen, the late Joseph Cavallo and his surviving wife Ann of Arlington, the late Ernest Cavallo and the late Emily Calabrese and her late husband Albert. Lillian had many kind and wonderful nieces and nephews whom she loved with all her heart.

At the request of the family, due to the current health crisis, Lillian’s funeral service will be private.
