| Services of Mrs. Barbara Brooks Farmer, 82, of Sycamore, GA will be private with a memorial service at a later date. Mrs. Farmer gained her wings Friday, September 18, 2020 after an extended illness.
The widow of Roy Milton Farmer, Jr., she was a homemaker and a member of The Rebecca Baptist Church, where she was a faithful member. She was born in Immukalee, Florida to Wiley Lee Brooks and Zonnie Mae Summeralls Harden. She was also a veteran of the United States Navy. Survivors include her children, Glenda Farmer of Sycamore, W. L. (Cindy) Farmer of Sycamore and Dennis (Kim) Farmer of Fitzgerald; sister, Fannie Mackie of San Carlos, Mexico; sister-in-law, Lucille F. Brooks of Port Charlotte, Florida; grandchildren, Adrienne Worley, Krystal Metcalf, DeWayne Farmer, Kayla Elliott, Brian Farmer, James Elliott, Brianne Farmer, Mysti Grimsley, Abby Farmer, Austin Farmer, Jacqueline Evans and Russell Coker; eleven great-grandchildren. She is also survived by her wonderful caregiver, Cindy Farmer. | ||||
