Funeral services for Janice Dryden Adair, 79, of Ashburn, GA will be private at the request of the family due to COVID restrictions. Mrs. Adair will be laid to rest at Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery, Sycamore, GA. Mrs. Adair passed away Wednesday at her residence after an extended illness.
The daughter of the late Richard Wilson Dryden and Mildred Wilson Kilcrease, she was born in Tift County, GA. Mrs. Adair was owner and operator of Ashburn Ace Hardware for 17 years. Mrs. Adair was a member of Ashburn First Baptist Church, Ashburn, GA. In addition to her parents, she was also preceded in death by her husband, Charles Adair and a son, Allen Adair. Survivors include her son, Richard (Lori) Adair, Kathleen, GA; one daughter-in-law, Kathy Adair, Ashburn, GA; one brother, Jerry Dryden, Katy, TX; three grandchildren, Benjiman Allen Adair, Moultrie, GA; Rebecca (Chantz) Medlin, Bonaire, GA; Abigale Wise, Ashburn, GA; great-grandchild, Tinsley Adair, Moultrie, GA and extended family, Mike and Chrisy Taylor, Ashburn, GA. | ||||
