Pasqualina (Centrella) Petrillo, of Medford, passed away on Sunday, July 26th. She was 95. Born and raised in Montemiletto, Italy, she was the daughter of the late Gerardo and Grazia (D'amelio) Centrella.

Pasqualina loved to spend time with her family. She especially loved her children and grandchildren. She enjoyed cooking; some of her famous culinary masterpieces were pizza, sauce, meatballs, baked stuffed peppers and chicken cutlets.

When Pasqualina was not spending time with her family you could find her in her garden. She had a natural green thumb, all flowers and veggies were constantly blooming and growing. A talented knitter Pasqualina enjoyed knitting hats and blankets. During the holiday season every neighbor received a knitted hat or blanket with a five dollar bill tucked away in their card. She was everyone's adopted Nonnie and Mom. She will be greatly missed.

Pasqualina was the beloved wife of the late Nicola Petrillo. She was the devoted mother of Pasquale Petrillo and his wife Nancy of Billerica, Maria Otero and her husband Anthony of Medford, and Gaetano "Guy" Petrillo and his wife Raeanne of Billerica. She was the loving grandmother of Lauren, Nicholas, Mikaila and Guy A. Petrillo, Tyler, Gabrielle and the late Christopher Muruca. She was the dear sister of Mario Centrella and his wife Barbara of Medford, the late Nicola Centrella and his wife Cori of Varese, Italy, Avita Gaglione and her husband Francesco of Middleton, Angela Barletta and her husband Angelo and Aquillino Centrella and his wife Aurelia, all of Malden.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to visit with the family on Wednesday, August 5th from 9:30 to 11 AM at the Dello Russo Family Funeral, 306 Home St., Medford, followed by a funeral mass celebrated in Saint Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford at 11:30 AM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford. In lieu of flowers contributions may be made in Pasqualina's name to the Kaplan Family Hospice House, 78 Liberty Street, Danvers, MA 01923
