Robert James Kincade, 60, of North Attleboro, formerly of Canton, suddenly passed away July 7th, 2020. Robert, also known as Bob, Rob, and Rueben, graduated from Blue Hills Regional High School in 1977, before serving 5 years in the U.S. Army. Robert was a loving father to his children, Sean and Devin Kincade of Canton. Beloved son of John and Judith (Leary) Kincade, and brother of Christine and Mike Barry of South Attleboro, Steven and Michelle Kincade of Walpole, Anne DeBona of Newtown, Connecticut, and Alicia (Kincade) Paquette of Stoughton. Robert is survives by many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, briefed and nephews. Services will be held on Thursday, July 23rd at 1:30 P.M at the Massachusetts National Cemetery in Bourne.
