Nathalie Rose Valonchausky was born in Boston MA on May 26, 1928 to dad Joseph and mom Constance. A long time West Bridgewater resident, she was married to Carl Rapczinski, a former WW2 military sergeant, at Seabook NH in September 1949. They made Brockton MA home to raise their family: Charlene, Laura, Steven, Kyletta and Lisa. Carl worked at the USPO and Nathalie went back to work after being a 'stay-at-home' mom for some time. She worked as a nurse's aide at Cardinal Cushing Hospital in Brockton MA, and upon relocating to Watertown, Waltham and ultimately Boston MA, Tuft's NE Medical Center in Boston MA; and as a teaching assistant at the Marshall School and Josiah Quincy School both in Boston MA. She was preceded in death by her daughter Kyletta in 1987, husband Carl in 1990 and her daughter Charlene (Kelleher) in 2015; and is survived by her daughter Laura (Appleton) of Watertown MA, her son Steven of Houston TX and her daughter Lisa of West Roxbury MA; grandchildren Collin (Kelleher) of Brockton MA, Justine (Clay) of Las Vegas Nevada and Evan (Appleton) of Boston MA. Nathalie loved the beach, travel – especially by rail, trains and animals. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Standish Humane Society in Duxbury MA or Missing Dogs of Massachusetts in her name, Nathalie Rapczinski.
