Robert Thomas Garriepy, 82, died on May 3, 2020. He was born in Providence, Rhode Island, the son of Frederick and Ruth (Hamel) Garriepy.
Robert graduated in 1955 from North Providence High School. He was the owner of RTG Machine & Tool. He was happily married to Cynthia (DesCoteaux) Garriepy for over 50 years.
In addition to his parents and wife, he was predeceased by his son, Robert T. Garriepy II, his brother, William Garriepy, his grandson, Adam Nixon and great granddaughter, Kaydence Tingle.
He is survived by his three daughters, Darlene Czarcinski (Michael) of Honolulu, Hawaii, Kimberly LeBeau (Brian) of Warwick, Rhode Island and Susan Nixon (Alan) of Warrenton, Missouri as well as his grandchildren, Jessica Tingle, Kimberly Bezenek, Courtney Lussier, Michael Robert Czarcinski, Nicole Engelhardt , Kyle Czarcinski and Joshua Nixon. He is also survived by his 11 great-grandchildren.
