Born in Waltham on January 13, 1967
Beloved wife of Richard Squires, devoted daughter of Alfred Wenckus and the late Nancy (Crites) Wenckus, Sister of Al Wenckus Jr, Kathleen Landry, Kenneth Wenckus, Susan Surabian, Sharon Collari and the late Steven Wenckus. Adoring aunt to Crystal Connolly, Matthew Collari, Michelle Collari, Christopher Collari, Jesse Wenckus, Kevin Saulnier, Amanda Wenckus, Aidan Wenckus, Evan Landry. Great Aunt to Madison Collari, Chloe Collari, Owen Collari, Winnie Connolly, Lennon Connolly.
Marianne (Mem) was a long-time employee at Fulfillment Express. She helped the organization grow into a successful company with her many talents. She assisted in so many departments from metering the mail to processing the data for the mail house. She was quick with her wit and her knowledge seemed endless. She was amazing at crosswords, Yahtzee and all kinds of trivia. She shared reading books, watching various shows & bird watching with her husband. She truly wore her heart on her sleeve and was sensitive to others needs and was humble in so many ways. Her favorite color was red, loved music and enjoyed her nice hot cup of tea. Her family and friends have so many fond memories including the “summer of Mem” down the cape where she enjoyed the ocean air and just having fun.
She fought hard against her Scleroderma for 11 years. She was truly a courageous, strong, independent & caring woman and will be truly missed by all.
Due to the COVID19, there will be a memorial service held in her honor at a later date.
