UPDATE: A Memorial Mass will be held at St. John the Evangelist Church, 696 Washington St. Canton on Saturday, August 22, 2020 at 10:00 am. Due to the current Covid 19 restrictions only 100 people will be allowed within the church, masks are required and guests must bring their own pens to sign the register book.
Andrew Albert Busa, age 35, of Taunton, passed away March 21st at Sturdy Memorial Hospital in Attleboro. Born in Newton, Andrew was raised in Mansfield, and went to Mansfield Public schools, graduating MHS in 2003. Andrew was the son of Audry Roach Busa of Canton and Albert Busa of Boston and Pittsburgh, beloved brother to Katherine Manning of Medway, husband of Stephanie Quinn of Taunton (formerly Quincy), and devoted, amazing father to Aurora Aubrey Busa also of Taunton. Andrew also leaves his cherished niece Esperanza Encarnacion of Canton, as well as his niece, Emma Noble of Taunton. Andrew also leaves multiple aunts, uncles, and cousins on both sides of the family as well as many beloved in-laws. Andrew was well loved by so many. He was a kind, gentle, charismatic, and generous soul, and has had some very close friends over the years who were always very supportive of him-friends who describe Andrew as family and he also had many friends his whole life. Andrew was employed with both HVAC work and Landscaping. A phenomenal cook, Andrew dabbled in some culinary work professionally before his trades but always loved to cook at home, and he was an extraordinary artist, using different mediums, loved to teach the children in the family how to use art, and Andrew also loved the outdoors. Due to the current COVID 19 health department guidance services will be private and a memorial service will be held at a later date.
