Genevieve Rollka, age 94, of Burlington formerly of Medford and both Boston's North and West Ends, passed away peacefully, March 7, 2020, at the Woburn Nursing Center following a short illness. She was the beloved wife of the late William J. Rollka, Sr.. Born in Boston she was the daughter of the late Oresto and Amelia (Annacone) Luongo.

Genevieve was raised and educated in the North End of Boston. She worked for many years as a secretary in the insurance industry. Genevieve enjoyed listening to music, going on family vacations and staying in touch with her friends. However her greatest joy was her family. She cherished her grandchildren and nothing made her happier than to be them and keeping up with all their day to day activities and what was going on in their lives. Genevieve will fondly be remembered for devotion as a wife, mother, and grandmother and most of all her unconditional love of her family. She will also be remembered for her "sweet tooth" and willingness to always have dessert first.

Genevieve is survived by her children; Janice Bizzarro and her husband Gerald Sr. of Billerica, and William J. Rollka, Jr. of Burlington. She was the loving Nana of Renee Miller and her husband Neal, Gerald Bizzarro, Jr., Heather Maggio and her husband Ronny. She is also survived by her great granddaughters Daniella Bizzarro and Amelia Miller. Sister of Connie Giacalone of North Reading.

Funeral services will be held from the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Family Funeral Home, 60 Pleasant St., Woburn, Thursday, March 12th, at 9 a.m. followed by a funeral Mass celebrated in St. Margaret Church, 109 Winn St., Burlington, at 10 a.m. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours at the McLaughlin - Dello Russo Funeral Home will be held on Wednesday, from 4 to 7 p.m. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
