Albert G. Gallo, Sr., 89, passed away October 12, 2019 at Beaumont Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center in Worcester.
He leaves his wife of almost 64 years,(October 23), Eleanor F. (Harpie) Gallo, 3 sons; David Gallo of New York, Albert G. Gallo, Jr and Stephen Gallo of Worcester, and a brother, Domenic Gallo of Worcester.
Albert was born in Brooklyn, New York October 31, 1929, son of the late Domenic and Italia D. (Quatela) Gallo and lived here most of his \life. Albert was also predeceased by brothers, Carmen and Louis Gallo He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean War.
He worked from 1962-1996 at the Worcester Foundation before retiring.
Albert enjoyed watching the Patriots and relaxing watching television with his wife especially old movies and daily Mass.
As per his request, there are no calling hours and entombment will be private at Notre Dame Mausoleum in Worcester.
