James “Uncle Jim” Allen
James Hartney Allen, “Uncle Jim “, “Jimbo” painter 77, of Norwood MA passed away on August 10, 2019 in Norwood MA, in the comfort of his own home due to natural causes. Graveside Funeral services will be held at 10:00am Tuesday August 13,2019 at Knollwood Memorial Park 319 High Street Canton, MA 02021. Arrangements are by Dockary & Thomas Funeral Home Canton MA, 02021. In Lieu of flowers donations to St Jude.org or Animal Rescue League of Boston James Hartney Allen was born in Dorchester on October 14, 1941, Son of Dwight and Dorothy Allen. He was a graduate from Stoughton High School, a Star track athlete and avid runner. Beloved Uncle Jim of many, many, many loved nieces and nephews, Brother of five sisters Karen, Janet, Roberta, Muriel, and Elizabeth and seven brothers Thomas, Harry, Raymond, Dwight, Doug, Matthew and John Allen, Son, Friend, Proud Veteran of the United States Army. Uncle Jimmy will be solemnly missed by, Mateo and Isabelle Mena whom he raised proudly to be the amazing, loyal, beautiful people they are today. His love was unconditional and constant. He will forever live in our hearts. | |||||
