Julio Angel Feliciano
4/28/2019

On October 16, 1972, The Padilla and Feliciano families were blessed with a miracle named Julio Angel Feliciano. During his journey on this earth, Julio blessed all those who knew him with his bright smile, witty sense of humor and most of all, his heartfelt love for the Lord. On the morning of April 28, 2019, God called Julio home to join him in Heaven.

Family, Faith and laughter were the most important things to Julio and he lived by them each day. He especially loved his adoring mother Rosa, who was devoted to ensuring Julio lived a happy and healthy life. They had a special bond that conquered the many obstacles they faced together. Julio always took time to find joy in dark times and kept his faith in the Lord.

Julio attended Thomas Edison Middle School in Brighton and went on to earn his High School diploma from Dorchester High school. He was also a longtime member of the VinFen Adult education center where he thrived in a number of work-study programs and made many friends along the way. Julio was also a Special Olympics participant during his time at VinFen.

Julio loved a number of movies and television shows, especially Spongebob Squarepants. His favorite character was Plankton, whom he often told jokes about and imitated. Julio also enjoyed collecting vintage toy cars, tools, and dancing and listening to music.

Julio is survived by his loving mother Rosa Padilla of Boston, Grandmother Ursulina Padilla of Dorchester, his sister Rosa and husband Michael Andrade of Hyde Park, Brother Antonio Feliciano of Lynn, and his sister Aida Luz Feliciano of Canton. His nephews, Michael Andrade of Hyde Park, Aidan & Xavier Hogan of Canton, his nieces, Candace Andrade Landy and her husband Bryan of Charlotte, NC, Izayla Feliciano of Worcester and many aunts, uncles and cousins.

He is preceded in death by his Father Onorio Feliciano, Grandfather Victor Padilla.
Our Family would like to extend our profound gratitude to all the friends and family who have enriched Julio’s life over the years.
