KELLY, CHARLES M. of West Roxbury, formerly of Mission Hill and Jamaica Plain, age 93, passed away April 8, 2019 surrounded by his loving family. Beloved husband of the late Anastasia “Stella” (Colbert). Loving father of Charles M. Kelly Jr. and his wife Cheryl of Hyde Park, Debra Regan and her husband Richard, Kathleen C. Tynan and her husband John, and Stephen Kelly and his wife Margaret, all of West Roxbury. Proud “Papa” to twelve grandchildren and “Old Papa” to five great-grandchildren. Brother to the late John, William, Tom, and Martin Kelly and Mary Glynn. Survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends. Proud member of the Greatest Generation, serving his country in the US Navy during World War II. Retired Health Inspector, City of Boston. Longtime member of American Legion Post #327 - Mission Hill, VFW Post - Jamaica Plain, BPOE #10, and George Wright Golf Course. Funeral from the William J.
