Preceded in death by his parents, Marvin and Carol. Survived by children, Kevin, Heather, and Hannah Finley; siblings Debbi Bergman (Bob), Dean (Gaynelle), and Dale; nieces; nephews; and friends. Memorial Service Friday (3/1) 11:00 AM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Visitation one hour prior to service. Interment Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
