Wendell Waller, 79, passed away Wednesday, January 23, 2019 at his daughter's home in Sycamore.
Wendell was born in Valdosta on August 11, 1939 to the late Edison Cleo and Thelma Huff Waller. He was a retired pastor and a member of Trinity Baptist Church. Wendell was a loving husband, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He is survived by his wife, Brenda Waller of Sycamore; sons, Ivan (Angela) Waller of Chula and Tony (Joye) Waller of Griffin; daughter, Wendy (Joey) Wiggins of Sycamore; step-children, Brittany (Sean) Gable of Richlands, North Carolina and Tony (Shelby) Wood of Vienna; brother, Rev. Walstein (Jimmie Lou) Waller of Sycamore; grandchildren, Michelle (Stephen) Williford, Jennifer (Kodey) Cross, Zach Waller, Sarah (Jackson) Milway, Ashley Waller, Alex Waller and Matthew Walker; step-grandchildren, Skye Gable, Allie Gable, Haley Gable and Cecelia Wood; great-grandchildren, Emma Williford, Abby Williford, Owen Williford and Sawyer Cross. Graveside funeral services will be held Friday, January 25, 2019 at 11:00 AM in Bethel Cemetery. There will be no formal visitation but, the family may be contacted at the home of Joey and Wendy Wiggins, 211 West Lathem Street, Sycamore.
