Antone Perry, 76, of Westport, passed away on Friday, December 14, 2018 at Charlton Memorial Hospital. He was the husband of Kathleen (Cordeiro) Perry.
Mr. Perry was born in New Bedford, son of the late Manuel and Irene (Medeiros) Perry and had resided in Westport since 1970. Prior to his retirement, he worked as a machinist for Borg Warner New Bedford Gear, where he worked for many years. He had many talents and hobbies including creating prize winning ceramics and oil paintings. Mr. Perry was a former member of Hope Evangelical Church, Dartmouth and enjoyed spending time with his family.
Survivors along with his wife include 2 sons: Gregory Perry and his companion Linda Catoire of Raynham and Keith Perry of Westport; 2 brothers: Raymond Perry of FL and Daniel Perry of New Bedford; an aunt: Mary Farias of Fairhaven; 3 grandchildren: Jesse Perry, Kevin Perry and Courtney Perry; along with several nieces and nephews.
He was the father of the late Kurt Wayne Perry and brother of the late Richard Perry and Larry Perry.
Memorial service to which relatives and friends are invited will be Friday, December 21, 2018 at the Potter Funeral Home at 7:30 P.M.
Memorial visitation will be on Friday, at the funeral home, from 6-7:30 P.M., prior to the service.
Interment will be private.
