Grace A. (Tosto) Fratto, of Hampton, NH, passed away Monday, December 3rd. She was 88. Born in Cambridge and raised in Medford, she was the daughter of the late Salvatore and Rose (Cocchiara) Tosto.

Grace was a dedicated parishioner of Saint Joseph Church of Medford, for many years. She enjoyed teaching Sunday school, and was the president of the St. Joseph's Mother's Club in 1969.

When Grace was not participating in church activities she loved to travel. Grace and Richard enjoyed traveling to tropical island beaches. Summers were dedicated to spending time on Hampton Beach with the family. She enjoyed solving crossword puzzles, playing bingo and knitting blankets for anyone who was in need of one.

Grace's biggest passion was her family. She especially loved her grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Grace's family were her pride and joy, they were her world. She was a devoted wife, a dedicated mother, loving grandmother, great-grandmother and friend. She will be greatly missed.

Grace was the beloved wife of the late Richard A. Fratto. She was the devoted mother of Stephen Fratto and his wife Marguerite, of Stoneham, Doreen Holland and her h usband Kevin of Reading, Denise Holland and her husband Shawn of Medford, Michele McElreath and her husband Robert, and Mark Fratto and his wife Lisa all of Hampton, NH. She was the loving grandmother of Andrea, Kelly, Melissa, Kristen, Lyndsey, Ashley, Justin, Caitlin, Nicholas and Amelia, and great-grandmother of Lucy, Jack and Ella. The dear sister of Paul Tosto of Medford, Ann Nocera of Plano, TX, Salvatore Tosto of OK, and the late Eugene Tosto.

Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to gather for Grace's funeral at the Dello Russo Funeral Home, 306 Main St., Medford, Monday, December 10th at 9 AM with a procession to St. Joseph Church, 118 High St., Medford, at 10 AM for a mass of Christian Burial. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited to attend. Visiting hours Sunday 4 - 8 PM. Services will conclude with burial at Oak Grove Cemetery, Medford.
