Mrs. Winifred (Miller) Liversidge East, a longtime resident of Andover and beloved wife of the late Archibald Liversidge and Dr. Harry East, passed away peacefully at her home on Thursday morning, November 22, 2018. She was 96 years old.
Born in Providence, Rhode Island, she was the beloved daughter of the late Robert and Elsie (DeGrasse) Miller. Mrs. East loved to cook, read and travel. She worked for several years as librarian for The Pike School. Above all, she was a very devoted wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She will be dearly missed.
She is survived by her children; Dr. Joan and Dr. Robert Drucker of Durham, North Carolina, Craig and his wife Kristina Liversidge of Andover, Kenneth Liversidge and his wife Sandra Terra Liversidge of Alton Bay, New Hampshire and Paul and his wife Linda Liversidge of Epping, New Hampshire, sister-in-law; Elsie Miller of Noank, Connecticut, eleven grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Winifred was also the sister of the late Elsie Somers and Robert Miller and great-grandmother of the late Saoirse Fitzgerald.
