Obituary

Kenneth Charles Manning, 87, died peacefully Sunday evening November 18, 2018 after a brief illness.
He was the son of the late George and Mary (Mae) Manning. He was also predeceased by his brother George and wife Jeanne and his brother John Paul who died in February of this year.
Ken was born in Natick and a life long resident. He was a graduate of the Natick High School class of 1948 working part time at the A & P store while going to school. He continued his education at Boston College. He served in the United States Marine Corps as a Captain. After his military service he worked for many years at John Hancock up to his retirement. Ken was dedicated to his family and a devoted brother caring for his siblings throughout his life. He enjoyed spending time with his family and was an avid sports fan. During summers at his cape house he loved boating and being on the water.
Survivors are his sisters Janet and Lorraine Manning all of Natick. Many extended family and dear friends also survive John.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, November 23, 2018 at 12 P.M. at St. Patrick Church, 44 East Central Street, Natick. Burial to follow at St. Patrick’s Cemetery.
Visiting hours will be held 10:00-11:45 AM Friday morning prior to service at the John Everett & Sons Funeral Home, 4 Park Street, at Natick Common.
