Mr. Richard P. Dolan, 85, of Medford, passed away on Sunday, November 11th at the Edith Nourse Rogers Veteran Hospital in Bedford, MA. The son of the late James and Gertrude (Edwards) Dolan he was born in Medford and had been an area resident all his life. Mr. Dolan severed honorably in the United States Army during the Korean War. He was an avid Boston sports fan and loved to spend time with his family and friends. He was a member of St. Francis Church and was retired from Zayre Corp. Mr. Dolan was pre-deceased by his three brothers; James Dolan Jr., Francis Dolan, and Walter Dolan, two sisters Jeanne Hayes and Barbara Connor. He is survived by many nieces and nephews as well as close friends Anthony and Jane Souza.
Family and friends are invited to call on Monday, November 19th from 9:30 am to 11:00 am at Beals, Geake, Magliozzi Funeral Home, 29 Governors Ave. Medford.
