Shuangxi Xia of Sharon, age 70, passed away peacefully Nov 6th at Boston Medical Center surrounded by his loving family. He was born in Lengshuijiang, China on Oct 14th 1948. He lost both of his parent, Fengming Xia and Jinghe Kuang, and became an orphan at age 8. He was raised by his grandmother. He attended Hunan Normal University and worked as a factory worker, high school teacher, corporate officer at different stages of his life. He was baptized by the Chinese Church of Sharon on Nov 3rd, 2018.
Beloved husband for 44 years of Mingxian (Liu). Father of Xiaofeng Xia and his wife Jina Meng of Sharon, Difeng Xia and his wife Manying Deng of China. Grandfather of Ryan, Aaron, and Ziyan. Visitation and funeral service will be held Friday, Nov 9th from 6-8 pm at Dockray & Thomas Funeral Home (www.dockrayandthomasfuneralhome.com), 455 Washington St, Canton, MA 02021.
