Timothy Lee Nelson, 57, of Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida passed away Sunday, November 4, 2018 at Holy Cross Hospital in Fort Lauderdale, Florida.
Timothy was born on April 22, 1961 in Atlanta to the late William Webster Nelson and Mary Walls Nelson. He was employed as a High Rise Window Washer. Timothy was a loving father, son, grandfather and uncle. He is survived by his mother, Mary Walls Nelson of Farmerville, Louisiana; son, Timothy Nelson, Jr. of Milwaukee, Wisconsin and Steve Nelson of Atlanta, GA; daughter, Lisa (Randy) Owenby of Thompson; brothers, Terry (Donna) Nelson of Farmerville, Louisiana, Tony (Deborah) Nelson of Lauderdale By The Sea, Florida, Thomas (Colleen) Nelson of Griffin and Travis Nelson of Louisville, Kentucky; grandchildren, Austin Edison, Erik Edison, Baylee Edison, Megan Nelson and Eddie Nelson. He is also survived by a host of nieces and nephews. In addition to his father, Timothy was preceded in death by a daughter, Sonya Nelson. Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, November 10, 2018 at Oak Grove Baptist Church with interment to follow in the church cemetery. The family will greet friends Saturday, November 10, 2018 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the church. | ||||
