| McManus, Frances F. of Beverly, died on Sunday, October 21, 2018, at the age of 94 after a brief illness. Beloved wife of the late John J. McManus. Devoted daughter of the late William J. and Mary A. Welch. Loving sister of the late Thomas F., Marie L., and Sr. Dorothy A. Welch, CSJ. Frances was born in Roslindale and was a graduate of Mount St. Joseph Academy in Brighton. She was a veteran of the United States Coast Guard during World War II. A lifelong traveler, Frances enjoyed visiting many countries with friends in her younger years and with John throughout their marriage. Frances was a devout Catholic whose faith, generosity, and thoughtfulness were exemplified daily to all who knew her. A Funeral Mass will be celebrated on Wednesday, October 31, at 11:00 AM in The Holy Family Chapel at St. Patrick's Manor, 863 Central St., Framingham. Relatives and friends are respectfully invited.
