Age 79 ~ Beloved husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather.
Preceded in death by his wife Joyce, parents and sister. Survived by his children Kevin Payne (Marie), Robert Bland (Laura), and Sally Johnson (Doug). His Grandchildren Brandy and Melissa Payne, Ashley and Nathaniel Johnson. His great-grandchildren Hailie Payne and Olivia Jung. H is sister Lois Fida (John) and brother Ralph Bland. Funeral Service Tuesday (10/16) 6:00 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, with visitation from 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM.
