Jay Charles Hustus (33) of Massachusetts, passed away July 19,2018 at Brigham and Women's Hospital in Boston after a long two year fight with Leukemia. He was born in Willimantic, Ct on February 2,1985. Son of Michelle Szabo of Columbia, Cliff Kramer of Chaplin, and Ron Hustus of Fl. He was the husband of Darla Hustus, and loving father of Jewelia, Graci, Abriella Garrison, and Aiden, Dazy-anna, Cyradella Hustus. Jay was a proud Veteran of the US ARMY, he was very devoted and loyal to his Country. All though Jay fought for our freedom and as a young child/adult he had a great passion for wrestling (Chazz) as he and many others called him, was the most caring, loving, and positive person you could have met. He is survived by his family and friends, his parents/grandparents, his wife and six children, his sisters, Corinne and Harley, brother Casey, two nieces and two nephews, several aunts and uncles and dozens of cousins, he was a great friend to many.
The ceremony will be held Thursday September 6, 2018, 2:00pm at the V.A Cemetery 1390 Main Street Agawam, MA
