Lisa Michell Cruz, 31, of Kennewick, passed away July 5, 2018 at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle.
She was born on August 14, 1986 in Sunnyside to Joe Cecil Cruz and Rosalinda Perales. Lisa was raised and educated in Prosser and graduated from Prosser High School. Lisa was known for always helping others and continued her education at Columbia Basin College to work with young children and the elderly.
Lisa was a member of the Word of Faith Center in Kennewick. She loved spending time with her children, friends and family gatherings. She also loved Jazz music, dancing and going to concerts.
She is survived by her children, Giovanni Gimlin, Olivia Watson and Robert Watson Jr.; her father, Joe Cecil Cruz and his wife Karen of Prosser, her mother, Rosalinda Perales of Toppenish; her sister, Kristine Perales of Prosser; her sister Rachael Gropper and husband of Kennewick; her brother, Joe Cruz of Prosser; her grandmother, Oliva Perales of Sunnyside; and many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and countless friends.
Funeral Services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, July 13th at the Word of Faith Center, 1350 South Rainer Street in Kennewick. Concluding services and burial will follow in the Prosser Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Mustangs for Mustangs under Lisa Cruz.
