SPRINGFIELD – Sandra J. “Sandy” (LaFleche) Roy, 65, of East Springfield, passed away peacefully on Monday, July 2, 2018 at Baystate Medical in Springfield surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Springfield on October 6, 1952, a beloved daughter of the late James H. and Ruth (LaVangie) LaFleche. She was raised and attended schools in Springfield and was a lifelong resident of Springfield. She was a loving homemaker to her family and will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her. She leaves her beloved husband, Steven R. Roy; her loving son, Rejean L. Guillemette; her loving daughter and best friend, Shannon L. Roy; and her cherished granddaughter, Mikayla Roy. She also leaves a large family of brothers, sisters, nephews and nieces. Her Funeral and Burial will be private at the convenience of her family.
