SWANSEA – Arlene “Sami” Simon, age 90 of Swansea, passed away on Thursday, June 21, 2018 at the Country Gardens Health & Rehab. Center. She was the daughter of the late Antone Medeiros and Mary Elizabeth (Cabral) Simons & the wife of the late Edwin Charles Bacon.
She is survived by her children: Terence Bacon of Chatham and Coleen Nickerson (husband Gary) of Swansea; 1 sister: Ruth Russo of CT; 1 granddaughter: Staci Del Deo (husband Ben) of Tiverton; 2 great grandchildren: Isabel & Brody; nieces & nephews. Arlene was also the sister of the late Donald, Arthur, Stanley, Evelyn, Irene, Florence, & Dorothy.
