LaForte, Beatrice “Bea” of Dedham died on June 6, 2018. Loving daughter of Beatrice L. (Russo) Devine and the late Charles G. Devine. Mother of Patrick Candaleri, Elizabeth Zanchi and her husband Christopher and Christine LaForte. Sister of Susan Devine Murphy and her husband Brian, Nancy Devine McLaughlin and her husband Kevin, Charles G. Devine Jr. and his wife Georgia P, Mark F. Devine and his wife Lynne and Paula Devine Martin and her husband John L. Beatrice is also survived by 3 grandchildren, Max, Alex, Portia, and 10 nieces and nephews.
Visiting hours in the William J. Gormley Funeral Home, 2055 Centre St. WEST ROXBURY, Saturday June 9th 8:30am- 9:30am, followed by a Funeral Mass in St. Mary’s Church, 420 High Street, Dedham at 10:00AM. Relatives and friends invited. Interment will be private.
Bea was an Emergency Room nurse at Good Samaritan Medical Center, Brockton where she was a highly regarded nurse who was known for her dedication to her patients. In lieu of flowers, donations in Bea’s memory may be made to the Michael J. Fox Foundation at www.michaeljfox.org
