Born in Plymouth, MA on May 20, 1941, she was a loving daughter of the late Lester F. and Anna (Andrews) Nickerson.
Rita grew up and was educated in Plymouth. She had made her home in Taunton for many years and been formerly been employed as a box maker in Dighton.
In addition to her husband, she is survived by her children Eddie, Charlie and Patty
