SOMERSET - Margaret M. (Cavanagh) Bopp, age 85, of Somerset, passed away on May 29, 2018. She was the daughter of the late Francis P. and Anastasia G. (O’Neil) Cavanagh and wife of the late Fred W. Bopp. Margaret was a Deputy Tax Collector for F.W.B. Associates, Berkley volunteer Fire Fighter and E.M.T, enjoyed boating and going to Martha’s Vineyard.
She is survived by her children; Margaret Neary (husband John), Michael Oliveira (wife Courtney), Jean Oliveira, Stephen Oliveira, John Oliveira (wife Sue), David Oliveira (wife Betsi), and Laura Oliveira (husband Carl). Sister Mary Dollard, 13 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. She was also the sister of the late Ann Miller and Jean Conaty.
Family and friends are invited to attend a Mass of Christian Burial for Margaret on Saturday in St. Bernard’s Church, Assonet at 10:00 A.M. Interment is private. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of Manuel Rogers & Sons Funeral Home 1521 N. Main St. Fall River.
