Dorothy L. (Macomber) Smith, 95, of Little Compton, RI died Saturday, February 17, 2018. She was wife of the late David W. Smith.
Born in Fall River, she was daughter of the late Dana B. and Florence (Leeming) Macomber and had resided in Connecticut for many years before retiring to Little Compton. An avid traveler, she traveled the states in her RV and visited all 7 continents of the world. Mrs. Smith enjoyed skiing, golfing and painting.
Survivors include a daughter: Pamela Manchester and her husband William of Little Compton, RI and Margate, FL; 5 grandchildren: Kimberly Baltimore of Boca Raton, FL, Lisa Moy of Little Compton, RI, Jerilyn Duncan, Jodi Richard and Jay Benjamin, all of Texas; and 8 great grandchildren.
She was mother of the late Marcia Gail Benjamin.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
