Preceded in death by parents Russell & Jacqueline; brother Russell Jr. Survived by siblings Dianne Rossbach, Ron Moga, Michelle Moga, Adel (Rick) Shevik; sister-in-law Karen Moga; nieces & nephews Chris Rossbach (wife, Suzanne Fanger) & their children, Reed Rossbach (wife, Theresa Lowe), Jennifer Moga, Shelby Shevik & Jason Shevik. Frank was a happy guy who had a big "Hi" for everyone. Thanks to REM Victoria & MSS Shoreview for the great care he received. Memorial gathering Thursday (2/15) 11:00 am to 12:00 pm at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul. Private interment Fort Snelling National Cemetery.
