Preceded in death by parents John & Cecelia; sister Gloria Douglas; brothers Clifford & Jerome. Survived by loving wife of 34 years, Barbara; sisters Mary Lou Alfveby, Bonnie Timm (Rich), Kathy Byrne (John); many nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, relatives & friends. Grew up in Roseville, graduated from Cretin High School & retired from McGough Construction. Active member of St. Thomas the Apostle/Blessed Sacrament & the Knights of Columbus. Fred loved his wife, family, cabin, gardening & baking. Mass of Christian Burial Monday (2/12) 10:30 AM at CHURCH OF THE BLESSED SACRAMENT, 2119 Stillwater Ave. E, St. Paul, with visitation one hour prior to Mass. Interment Roselawn Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.
