Preceded in death by husband John "Jack". Survived by children Claudia Skinner, Tom (Melody), Jack (Pat); grandchildren Jeff (Liz) Skinner, Pam (Adam Carpenter) Skinner, Joe Skinner, Katy (Steve) Klett, Joe (Kristie) Chisholm, David Chisholm; many great grandchildren. Virginia was a devout Christian who was active in her church & sharing the Gospel. She enjoyed her work at Grants Department Store in St. Paul & Ben Franklin in North St. Paul. She will be remembered for her caring, kindness, generous heart & love for children. Service Saturday (2/10) 11:00 AM at AMAZING GRACE ASSEMBLY OF GOD, 1237 Earl St., St. Paul. Interment Evergreen Memorial Gardens. Visitation Friday (2/9) from 4-6 PM at SANDBERG FUNERAL HOME, 2593 E. 7th Ave., North St. Paul, & one hour prior to Service at church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred to her church, Amazing Grace Assembly of God.
